Davis Langdon & Seah (Pakistan) Private Limited was established in late 2007 in Karachi to provide dedicated quantity surveying services, which were deficient in the country amidst a booming construction industry.
In Pakistan, the field of quantity surveying and cost management is relatively unheard of.
Therefore DLSPK has taken it upon itself to cultivate the same in the construction sector.
Bearing in mind the dearth of trained professionals in the field, as no institute in Pakistan currently offers graduate programs in quantity Surveying, DLSPK is addressing this issue by hiring fresh Civil Engineering graduates from renowned institutions and training them locally and from overseas offices of DLS in Malaysia.
Together with eminent local construction & project management firm AAA Partnership Pvt. Ltd., we have undertaken the task and responsibility in laying the foundations of quality quantity surveying and cost management practice to satisfy the needs and requirements of the industry.
DLSPK started with a staff count of 5 people, which has now grown to 22 persons positioned in two offices i.e Karachi and Islamabad.
We are technically backed up by our KL Office which provide not only executive training for our cost engineers but also a ready wealth of valuable cost data accumulated in the DLS's global archives.
DLS Pakistan helps to provide the country's cost data and statistics to add to this extensive database for an accurate assessments in cost management and quality quantity surveying services with technical support from DLS Malaysia.
