Davis Langdon & Seah (Thailand) Ltd. was established in 1990 to operate in conjunction with our sister company LECE (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Langdon Every Cost Engineering) first established in 1984 to provide cost engineering and project management support services to the Oil Industry in Thailand.

In 1987, responding to popular demand for cost management services, we extended our services to cover the whole range of quantity surveying/cost management services for the Building and Construction Industry in general.

Davis Langdon & Seah (Thailand) Ltd., which operates throughout Thailand and the Indo China region, is a member firm of Davis Langdon & Seah International (DLSI), one of the world's largest firm of quantity surveyors with over 5,000 staff in 105 offices located in 28 countries worldwide.

Since the formation of Davis Langdon & Seah (Thailand) Ltd., we were commissioned with cost engineering services, cost management services and project management support services for projects in Thailand, Cambodia, Burma (Myanmar), Vietnam, Laos and Bangladesh and the Asian region.

The services requested of us ranged from the provision of budgetary estimates, preparation of economic feasibility studies and cash flow simulation exercises to detailed cost planning and full quantity surveying / cost management / cost control / contract administration services.

In the cost engineering field we have participated in the implementation of process facilities and the fabrication of oil-related installations for several leading Thai Petrochemical Companies.
